Documents, samples, validation

What travels with the material.

Documents are provided where the producer issues them and are subject to compliance review. Qualification stays with your engineering team.

Technical documents: Technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) for the grade supplied.
Lot documents: Certificate of analysis (CoA) per lot, where the producer issues one; origin documentation where available.
Compliance statements: RoHS / REACH statements and other declarations where available, subject to compliance review.
Samples: Sample quantities arranged so your team can run line trials and lab tests on its own equipment.
Customer validation: Where an alternative grade is proposed, it is a candidate for your qualification. We do not describe any material as a guaranteed equivalent.
