Grade references.
Chemours Tefzel™ ETFE is supplied as pellets and one rotomolding powder. It runs at higher melt flow and lower melt viscosity than Teflon™ FEP and PFA, so extrusion and injection rates are higher. Corrosion-resistant (nickel-alloy) melt-contact parts are required. Continuous use temperature is 150 °C (Tefzel™ 750: 200 °C).

What we confirm first.
The questions that decide whether a ETFE grade fits your line. Having them ready shortens the first exchange.
Grade family and melt flow the extrusion line expects
Cross-linked or non-cross-linked requirement
Cut-through and abrasion targets from the wire specification
Color and additive package if specified
Other fluoropolymer families.
