Customer-Following Supply

The same grade at every plant.

As your manufacturing footprint moves from Asia into Vietnam, Mexico, the United States and other regions, the fluoropolymer grade you already qualified moves with you — same grade, same documents, one supply relationship.

Why it matters

Re-qualifying at every site is the hidden cost of expansion.

When production relocates or expands, each new plant tends to re-solve a solved material problem. Customer-following supply is built to avoid that.

Who it is for
Manufacturers expanding from Asia into North America, Vietnam, Mexico and other regions who want their material base stable while the site changes.
What stays constant
  • The grade — original brand grade sourced as directed, or a customer-validated alternative where one already exists
  • The documents — TDS, SDS, CoA and origin aligned across sites and regulatory markets, where available
  • The relationship — one point of contact for matching, documentation and multi-site coordination
What changes
Only the delivery model, chosen per site: Asia-direct, North America local, or supplier-direct with WANSUTONG coordinating.
Delivery models

Three ways material reaches the new site.

Asia direct

Shipped from Asian supply channels to your designated plant. WANSUTONG confirms grade, assembles documentation and coordinates logistics.

North America local

Delivery within North America for U.S. and Mexico operations, arranged to shorten lead time and reduce import handling. Stock positions confirmed per programme.

Supplier direct + coordination

Material ships supplier-direct while WANSUTONG manages matching, documentation and multi-site coordination as your single point of contact.

What we do

The sequence for a new site.

Confirm the grade and the new destination

Grade or brand reference, form, annual volume, and the plant that will receive it.

Check which channel can serve the destination

Territory and product-line scope are confirmed before a route is proposed.

Align documents for the new site

TDS, SDS, lot CoA and origin documentation assembled for the receiving market, where available.

Agree release quantities against the ramp

Volumes and schedule matched to the new plant’s start-up, with the delivery model chosen per site.

Expanding production?

Tell us where the plants are moving and which grades you rely on. We map a continuity plan across the sites.
