A focused portfolio. Broader possibilities.
Fluoropolymers are our core specialty: five families, each with the supply forms we confirm today and the Chemours Teflon™ and Tefzel™ grade references behind them. Engineering plastics, colourants and the Chemours specialty lines follow below.
Fluoropolymer resin, tubing and fittingsFluoropolymers
Core specialty — five familiesFamily overviews are for orientation and are not a guarantee for any specific grade. Temperature, purity, flame and dielectric values are quoted only from traceable data for the grade in question, with source, units and test conditions recorded.
Where each family is usually chosen.
| Family | Typical parts | Chosen for | Forms we confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| PFA | Tubing, fittings, wet-process components | Purity, chemical resistance, melt processability | Resin · tubing · fittings |
| PTFE | Seals, gaskets, linings, machined parts, dielectric layers | Chemical inertness, low friction, wide temperature range | Granular resin · fine powder · stock shapes |
| FEP | Cable insulation, film, tubing | Low dielectric loss, thin-wall extrusion, clarity | Pellets · film · tubing |
| ETFE | Wire coating, protective film, molded parts | Toughness, abrasion resistance, insulation | Pellets · wire-coating compounds · film |
| PVDF | Tubing, pipe, sheet, molded components | Mechanical strength, chemical resistance, ease of processing | Resin · tubing & pipe · sheet |
Beyond the five families.
The same authorization covers the Chemours films, dispersions, amorphous and high-temperature fluoroplastics, PTFE additives and Ti-Pure™ pigments. Grade references below; data sheets on request.
Teflon™ / Tefzel™ films
Teflon™ FEP film · Teflon™ PFA film · Tefzel™ ETFE film
Transparent thermoplastic films that heat-seal, thermoform, vacuum-form, melt-bond, laminate and metallise, and also serve as hot-melt adhesive layers. Dielectric strength 260 kV/mm (FEP, PFA) and 160 kV/mm (ETFE) at 0.025 mm.
Teflon™ AF amorphous fluoroplastics
Teflon™ AF 1600 · Teflon™ AF 2400 · AF 1601 solutions (6 %, 18 %) · AF 2400 solution (1 %)
Optically clear, with the lowest dielectric constant and refractive index of any solid polymer, and soluble in fluorinated solvents for spin-coating and thin films. Anti-reflective coatings, low-dielectric layers, gas-separation membranes and tubing.
ECCtreme™ ECA 3000
ECCtreme™ ECA 3000 (as supplied and heat-treated)
Perfluoroplastic rated for continuous use up to 300 °C, melt-processable on standard fluoropolymer equipment. Epitaxial co-crystallisation after heat treatment raises melting point and stress-crack resistance. Downhole ESP wire, well-logging cable, high-temperature heat-trace cable, automotive oxygen sensors.
Teflon™ dispersions
PTFE DISP 30LX · PTFE DISP 40LX · PTFE 3966 · FEPD 121D · PFAD 335D
Aqueous, non-ionic-surfactant dispersions for glass-cloth impregnation, metal dip-coating, non-stick coatings and electrode binders. Applied by repeated dipping, drying and sintering.
PTFE micropowders and additives
Zonyl™ MP 1000 – MP 1600 · MPD 1700 · CFP 6000X / 640XTX (anti-drip)
Low-molecular-weight PTFE powders that improve wear, slip and scratch resistance in plastics, rubber, inks, coatings and greases; high-molecular-weight fibrillating grades for anti-drip flame-retardant compounds and dust suppression.
Ti-Pure™ titanium dioxide
Ti-Pure™ R-102 · Ti-Pure™ R-104
Chemours rutile TiO₂ pigments for plastics, listed on the Chinese site alongside the fluoropolymer lines.
Engineering plastics and colourants, from the same desk.
Alongside Chemours, Wansutong holds authorized distribution for polycarbonate and engineering-polymer producers and for fluoropolymer colour masterbatch. Brand and grade references are listed; every grade is quoted against its producer’s current data sheet.
